NORTHVIEW GOLF – The RIDGE Course, Surrey BC proved challenging for all.
Fiji Golf Association had their annual President’s Cup Golf Tournament on Saturday, September 7th, 2019 under beautiful weather until the light storm struck and the Pro Shop had to call the game off for approximately 45 minutes. All golfers were tested for endurance and their ability to hit the ball with accuracy and long distance so that at the end of the day they could claim their position inside the winner’s circle. While there was a little mishap due to thunderstorm and lightning overall all the participants had a good time. Total of 30 golfers participated.
At the end of the day the President provided all the golfers with deluxe platter snack.

There were two trophies to be claimed – Low Gross and the Overall Low Net winner of the President’s Cup tournament for 2019.
This year both trophies, LOW GROSS and the OVERALL LOW NET was won by one individual – KRIS MADHAVAN with a Low Gross score of 79 and over Low Net score based on 75% of handicap of 67.
