I would like to take this opportunity and wish all a healthy, happy, prosperous, a very safe and healthy 2024.

I am looking forward to working with the 2024 Board of Directors to ensure that we continue to improve and strengthen our golf Association and at the same time ensuring the operation of your Association is transparent always. FGA will not sit on its laurels but continue to work towards making the Association better, stronger and a fun place to be this Year. I look forward to good constructive ideas to flow from all the Directors as well as from members at large. Good constructive suggestions and solutions are what your Board is looking for.

Last year was very successful both from the perspective of tournaments as well as
financially and I would be remiss if I did not mention the tremendous effort, time and
energy that was put forth into the coordination, administration and ensuring a flawless
operation of the 2023 golfing season by your Board of Directors. Accolades go out to
each of the Directors for their input, contribution, and continued support in enhancing
the image of the Association. A job well done!!

Our golf season will consist of a total of 14 tournaments starting on Saturday March
30th 2024, and ending the season on Saturday October 5th, 2024, with the Tournament
of Champions.

We encourage and continually welcome new members to join FGA and to participate in all
the activities mentioned above. We also welcome visitors to play a round or two with
FGA members to get better acquainted with our operations and to see firsthand what
FGA all is about. Last year we saw an increase in membership, and as well welcomed back
few old members.

Visitors can also take a closer look at our Association, our Mission and learn more about
FGA either by navigating through this website or simply contacting any of the Directors
to obtain further information and/or membership Application package.

Something that I personally very strongly believe in, and I know that the Board of
Directors will also attest is the fact that we look at each of our members to act as
ambassadors in the game of golf. We encourage good sportsmanship. We want our
members to not only observe the rules of golf as governed by RCGA but as well to
adhere to our own House Rules.

We encourage our members to fully understand and always show their golf etiquette to
make the game of golf more enjoyable for everyone both on and off the golf course.

Let us make 2024 an exciting and memorable for all involved. We can definitely achieve
this goal by rallying together and working as a team for our common interest which is to
play and enjoy golf.

In closing, unequivocally, your present Board of Directors raised the bar in striving to
provide members with a memorable golf experience at all events held by FGA. I must say
it will be a tough act to follow but follow we must. Let’s together make 2024 even
better!

Let’s all focus our energy in playing good golf, participating in the Association events
through out the season and in the process help our Golf Association grow better and
stronger.
